Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, guiding Regional Managers and teams to deliver exceptional performance and client satisfaction. You will set strategic direction, drive budgets and capital plans, and represent the company in executive briefings and industry events.

Travel up to 25-50% annually, lead regional reviews, foster talent, and ensure adherence to standards while expanding opportunities across multifamily

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in property management operations.
• Experience as Regional Manager in multifamily and/or student housing operations.
• Strong understanding of site-level operations, client engagement, and regional leadership.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Industry certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Managers by setting goals, providing guidance, and developing the team.
• Cultivate relationships with ownership groups and drive client value.
• Oversee regional operations and financial performance; assist in budgets and capital projects.
• Identify improvements, implement best practices, and ensure execution of standards.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders; represent the company in meetings and events.
• Travel 25–50% annually for property visits, conferences, and trainings.
