Job summary

UG2, a Boston-based leader in facility services, seeks a Vice President of Finance & Shared Services to drive regional financial performance across Central, Midwest, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast markets.

You will lead FP&A, corporate accounting, and global reporting, while partnering with operations to improve margins and labor efficiency. The role demands seasoned leadership, GAAP expertise, and a track record of cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience in facility management, janitorial, security, staffing, or labor-intensive services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance, profitability, and growth across regions.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with GAAP compliance.
• Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Manage labor cost, wage, overtime, and staffing models.
• Advance process automation in finance operations and controls.
• Partner with HR and operations on workforce planning and productivity.
