Job summary

Church Pension Group (CPG) in Midtown Manhattan seeks a VP SharedTransactional Services to oversee end-to-end Corporate Finance Shared Services including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Disbursements, Treasury Operations and BSA analysis. The role emphasizes process excellence and strong internal controls while guiding a team to deliver timely, accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, supervisory and teamwork skills.
• Proven track record of process change management to improve efficiency.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials or similar toolset.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing.
• General knowledge of accounting as it relates to Shared Services.

Responsibilities

• Engages and influences the team.
• Develops succession plans for potential resources.
• Prepares the annual budget for Shared Services costs.
• Guides managers to deliver accurate processing of transactions.
• Leads customer service level establishment and monitoring.
• Drives continuous improvement; standardizes, streamlines, and automates processes.
