Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead daily operations of the dialysis facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliant clinical operations. You will be at the core of a collaborative team, guiding staff, physicians, and processes to deliver optimal outcomes for patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Qualifications

• RN license and accredited nursing program completion.
• Additional 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Proven leadership competencies and management skills for the role.
• Ishihara color blind test is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development plans for all direct reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, Education, and Technical Services.
• Oversee Home Therapies Program with Home Therapies Manager.
• Ensure medical and operations records integrity and audit readiness.
• Manage ICD coding, network reporting, and surveys.
• Administer daily business operations, staffing, and budget.
• Ensure patient care from admission to discharge with safe, high-quality care.
• Coordinate patient care with staff and address patient/family concerns.
• Schedule management to maximize facility efficiency and address missed treatments.
• Participate in staff selection, orientation, training, and compliance with licensure/certifications.
• Support clinical staff development and communicate policies and benefits.
• Facilitate physician relationships and compliance with Medical Staff By-Laws.
• Collaborate with RN Charge Nurse and Medical Director on patient care responsibilities.
• Lead CQI and QAPI initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
