Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development plans for all direct reports.
• Oversee facility's Home Therapies Program in coordination with program manager.
• Maintain integrity of medical and operations records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage staff scheduling and payroll; oversee day-to-day operations to meet budget and KPIs.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge; address patient and family questions.
