Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• 5+ years of senior multi-site leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading large portfolios and operational teams.
• Advanced financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, NOI management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across portfolios to meet occupancy and NOI goals.
• Lead, mentor, and empower Area and Regional Managers and support teams.
• Oversee financial execution including annual budgets and capex recommendations.
• Manage relationships with investors, partners, and executive leadership; present updates and insights.
• Direct major asset strategies including acquisitions, dispositions, lease-ups, and renovations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate leadership to scale operations and implement new technology.
