• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality leadership experience.
• 10+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership.
• Experience overseeing ~12–15 hotels in a regional/portfolio structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-property hotel portfolio, ensuring consistent execution and objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and asset performance through operating metrics and financial planning.
• Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers and hotel leadership teams.
• Partner with ownership and executive leadership to drive portfolio growth and operational excellence.
• Lead hotel openings, transitions, and portfolio growth initiatives.
