Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, agriculture, or communication or equivalent
• Experience leading lending teams and managing regional performance
• Strong knowledge of agricultural lending and credit administration
• Proven ability to develop and coach talent and drive results

Responsibilities

• Lead regional lending teams to execute growth strategies with sound risk management.
• Develop and monitor regional sales plans using market data.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent through performance management and coaching.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align lending activities and maximize cross‑selling.
• Oversee regional performance including budgets, credit administration, and operations.
• Represent Farm Credit Illinois in the agricultural community and build relationships.
