• Multi-Market Operations:Oversee day-to-day operations and regional execution across multiple branch locations and acquired home-service brands
• Financial Accountability:Own regional P&L, drive revenue and profitability targets, optimize labor and operational expenses, and manage budgets
• Leadership & Coaching:Partner with, mentor, and develop local General Managers to build high-performing branch teams.
• Process & Performance Management:Establish operating cadences, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement scalable systems to elevate market performance
• Customer & Employee Experience:Align regional practices with company values to maximize customer satisfaction, employee retention, and top talent development
