Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Regional Vice President, Business Development to work with the Regional President, implementing marketing initiatives across the region to reach volume goals.

The role supports field Business Development Directors, ensures TeamWorks policies and MOS are maintained, and collaborates with Senior Management on opportunities to grow product lines, managed care, and market share while promoting inclusive patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Focus areas include volume growth, program development, strategic planning, and networking between hospitals and accounts.
• Communicate with Senior Management on identified opportunities for growth of product lines, managed care business, and market share.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to field Business Development Directors and ensure MOS are maintained.
• Create an environment consistent with TeamWorks, One Team, One Vision to meet goals and motivate staff.
