Job summary

Emerus seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to drive volume growth for the assigned region. You will work with SVP Marketing, regional leadership, and hospital partners to identify opportunities and craft go-to-market strategies that support community growth.

You will help execute local campaigns, manage referrals, and provide market insights to optimize regional performance and collaboration with the centralized branding team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales or business development experience in healthcare preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and develop client relationships.
• Experience presenting proposals and leading campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate referral relationships to drive patient volume at facilities.
• Develop and execute programs to engage prospective and current patients.
• Act as brand ambassador and community liaison for the region.
• Collaborate with brand teams to run local marketing campaigns.
• Conduct product launches and analyze market data for regional goals.
• Provide regular reporting and maintain referral databases.
• Travel to facility locations within the assigned region.
