Job summary

Onterris seeks an experienced Regional Vice President to lead the US East Environmental Consulting & Engineering team. This executive will drive strategic growth, P&L performance, and cross‑office collaboration across 12 offices and ~230 employees, with travel to sites across the East region.

The role reports to the Executive Vice President of Consulting and offers a base focus in Tampa/Orlando region with consideration for Valley Forge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Biological, Cultural or related Environmental Sciences.
Advanced degree (MS, Ph.D.) preferred for the role.
15+ years of experience in environmental engineering or consulting.
Proven leadership of larger organizations with significant revenue growth.
Strong financial management with P&L and balance sheet responsibility.

Responsibilities

Foster a high‑performance culture focused on growth and continuous improvement.
Lead a client‑focused business with ethical standards and inclusive leadership.
Provide cohesive direction across US East offices aligned with company strategy.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to drive growth strategies.
Develop and execute strategic plans and budgets; monitor KPIs and EBITDA targets.
Forecast financial performance and manage cost centers and acquisitions integration.
Partner with SMEs and Corporate Marketing to promote capabilities and growth.
Mentor and develop senior leaders and identify emerging talent across the region.
