Job summary

Wand Synthesis AI Inc. seeks a Regional VP Sales to drive enterprise sales across Singapore and the APAC region. Based in Singapore, you will build relationships with major local enterprises and position Wand as a trusted AI transformation partner.

You will lead the deal lifecycle with a strong network in financial services and insurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to close complex technology deals with large organizations and a track record of selling to C-level executives

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
Proven track record closing multi-million dollar deals.
Experience selling to C-level executives (CIO/CTO/Chief Transformation Officers).
Experience in fast-paced startup environments with limited resources.

Responsibilities

Lead regional enterprise sales across Singapore and APAC.
Manage full deal lifecycle from discovery to close with accountability for revenue.
Support transformation journey for customers through AI-enabled workforce solutions.
Represent Wand at regional meetings and industry events as a senior ambassador.
Develop and execute regional sales strategy with focus on financial services and insurance.
