Foundation Risk Partners, a top US insurance brokerage and consulting firm, seeks a Regional Vice President of Employee Benefits Operations for the West Coast. The role requires California residency with travel to regional offices as needed.

The RVP will oversee operations for employee benefits, partner with sales and finance leaders, and manage a portion of the regional P&L to ensure profitability, service delivery, and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in an agency environment with leadership experience.
• Experience in Operations and/or Account Management.

Responsabilités

• Define, execute and manage SOPs; drive process improvements and accountability.
• Ensure regional units follow workflows, service standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze operations and performance; recommend improvements.
• Monitor regional metrics for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with national/regional leadership on budgets and profitability.
• Develop and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes.
• Identify new solutions to enhance FRP’s capabilities.
• Set regional performance goals and drive attainment through leadership.
