Job summary

LoopNet, part of CoStar Group, is seeking a Regional Vice President for the West to lead the Digital Advertising sales team in Irvine/LA/Phoenix. The role oversees growth objectives, revenue retention, and client service.

You will inspire a high-energy team, hire and develop regional directors, and partner with senior leadership to drive market expansion. This on-site role requires 5+ years in outside sales leadership and a proven track record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing outside sales teams in a B2B environment.
• 10+ years in highly transactional, fast-paced sales with short cycles.
• Experience leading teams in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university; driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel 50%+ within the sales region.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual regional sales growth and revenue targets.
• Develop and retain a strong regional leadership team and direct reports.
• Coach Regional Directors to build high-performing sales leaders.
• Hiring top-tier candidates and training programs.
• Create sales plans to achieve corporate goals and enforce performance metrics.
