Qualifications

• 5+ years managing 5–10 sales professionals in CRE, digital advertising, or related sales.
• Experience leading sales in a fast-paced, transactional, consultative environment.
• 2+ years CRE related experience.
• Book of business > $1 million in annual revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited in-person university.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing sales team to meet quotas.
• Spend 3–4 days in the field coaching and training.
• Drive regional revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Identify, secure new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Manage CRM activity, pipeline, and territory assignments.
• Set and adjust team goals aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor team members and reinforce CoStar culture.
• Travel to regional offices up to 50%.
