Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, headquartered in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Regional Vice President of Client Human Resources to set the strategic direction for multiple regional HR teams and ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role requires hands-on leadership, on-site presence, and collaboration across Sales, Implementation, and Service Operations.

The RVP will oversee AVPs, drive process improvements, and manage escalations with a strong focus on performance metrics and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least eight years of HR experience.
• At least five years managing a team.
• Experience in entertainment or staffing industries preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• High level knowledge of California employment law and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the strategic direction of Client HR across the West, Staffing, and Entertainment lanes.
• Lead development and improvement of processes, SOPs, service standards, and performance metrics.
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to Regional AVPs to align with priorities.
• Model high standards of leadership and develop regional leaders.
• Own complex client escalations and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Regular on-site attendance is required for secure access and collaboration.
• Drive client retention by building trusted relationships with client owners and onsite leaders.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies to meet priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Service Operations to support client success.
