All Aviation Jobs seeks a Strategic Leader to shape and execute regional ground handling strategies across multiple stations. You will steer operational performance, optimize staffing and equipment use, and drive service excellence for passenger services, ramp, baggage, cleaning, and cargo.

The role requires 10+ years in aviation operations with proven P&L responsibility, strong safety culture, and ability to manage unionized teams in a 24/7 environment. Leadership excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading aviation ground handling and airport ops.
• Proven P&L responsibility for large-scale operations.
• Experience managing large, unionized or diverse workforces in 24/7 environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and long-term operational performance across multi-station/regional sites.
• Lead staffing, equipment/GSE, and process optimization for passenger services, ramp, baggage, cleaning, and cargo.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue optimization, and margin improvement.
• Ensure FAA, TSA, DOT, OSHA, IATA, and local regulatory compliance across all stations.
• Develop regional leaders, mentor teams, and foster inclusive culture.
