The candidate will manage budgets, staffing, safety compliance, and client relationships while driving continuous improvement across stations and departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with airline station managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Organized, creative, and resourceful with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Must have at least ten years in airline operations with five in management.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates activities with Trego Dugan Aviation and airline partners' operations and admin functions.
• Leads stations, oversees personnel records, recruitment, training, and HR tasks; coordinates with head office departments.
• Ensure stations operate within budget and contracted hours; monitor billable hours and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies; guide station managers and develop future leaders; interface with airport authorities.
• Identify service inhibitors and maintain KPI targets; audit Quality Assurance quarterly and report progress to customer station manager.
• Oversee safety programs, new procedures, FAA/TSA compliance, and reporting.
