Group 1001 seeks a Regional Vice President to accelerate sales of Delaware Life annuity products in North Texas. You will drive territory strategy, build annual plans, and lead advisor meetings, demonstrations, and branch events to foster growth.

You will manage relationships with banks and independent broker-dealers, conduct live and virtual presentations, and ensure accurate CRM forecasting while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of wholesaling experience with proven annuity sales results in the bank and/or broker-dealer channels.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 and Life Insurance licenses required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the territory business strategy to maximize revenue growth opportunities.
• Build and execute annual sales plans and review plans quarterly.
• Conduct in-depth sales presentations and product demonstrations to advisors and branches.
• Leverage relationships to conduct meetings with prospects and clients, via in-person, phone, or virtual sessions.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities, and manage pipeline.
