Qualifications

• Experience leading field Visual Merchandising in multiple locations.
• Strong coaching and training delivery to field teams.
• Ability to translate brand directives into store-level visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead VM strategies across North America with regional alignment.
• Schedule floorsets, windows, and VM initiatives for key doors.
• Provide hands-on coaching to store leaders and VM leads.
• Host virtual walkthroughs for remote locations and maintain photo reviews.
