Job summary

Kate Spade is seeking a Regional Field Visual Merchandising Manager to lead and execute visual merchandising strategies across North America, including wholesale and retail. You will ensure consistent brand presentation, drive commercial performance, and partner with store leaders and the Global Visual Experience team.

The role focuses on floorsets, VM initiatives, coaching, training, and maintaining brand integrity through in-store visuals.

Qualifications

• Lead and execute visual merchandising across retail and wholesale in North America.
• Provide hands-on coaching and VM training for store leadership and Visual Leaders.
• Collaborate with Global Visual Merchandising and NA Buying/Wholesale to align brand messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly floorsets, windows, and VM initiatives across the region.
• Coach field teams and conduct store visits to ensure brand execution and knowledge transfer.
• Lead VM trainings and seminars and develop the Visual Merchandising Program (VMP).
• Oversee photo reviews and feedback to maintain consistent brand visuals across all doors.
