Job summary

Buck Mason is seeking a Regional Visual Manager to elevate the in-store experience across multiple locations in the United States. You will lead a visual merchandising team, develop guidelines, and ensure brand storytelling is consistently expressed in-store.

You will craft visual standards, coach teams, and collaborate with HQ to adapt to seasonal storytelling while maintaining California-cool aesthetics. Expect a dynamic, hands-on role with varied hours and travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of visual experience in a high volume, customer-oriented retail environment.
• Experience leading and developing visual merchandising teams, including coaching and training.
• Strong experience creating, documenting, and implementing visual guidelines and processes.
• Entrepreneurial with an independent work ethic.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships across Retail, HQ, and Warehouse.
• Creative, hands-on, and keen understanding of in-store customer experience.
• Willingness to lift, climb, and get dusty for design.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the visual merchandising team across the area, ensuring high standards of execution and brand storytelling.
• Develop, implement, and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and processes with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure consistent visual standards across locations via store visits, feedback, and coaching.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to plan and implement floor changes.
• Style product displays aligned with brand guidelines and season themes.
• Evaluate business needs and sales metrics to evolve door visuals.
• Create and present new creative initiatives aligned with digital storytelling.
• Train retail teams on product placement, color theory, folding, and display maintenance.
• Create training materials and systems to ensure floor accountability.
• Communicate visual calendar and priorities to store teams.
• Lead the organization of special in-store events.
