Job summary

Buck Mason is seeking a Junior Visual Manager to elevate the in-store experience with a California-inspired, architectural approach to product. You will work with the Visual Team and Store Leadership to execute floor moves and thoughtful styling, keeping brand standards in mind.

Ideal candidates are creative, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting. Training is available; some visual merchandising experience helps but is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or visual merchandising is a plus, but training available.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and execution of visual updates.
• Style product displays with brand guidelines.
• Maintain store visuals from lighting to folding standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to plan floor moves.
• Communicate visual calendar and priorities to store team.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising Manager for monthly store visits.
