Buck Mason in New York seeks a Regional Visual Manager to elevate our in-store experience. Lead, train, and support the visual merchandising team across our stores, ensuring brand storytelling and high execution standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of visual experience in a high volume, customer-oriented retail environment – experience in a management role preferred.
  • Proven experience leading and developing visual merchandising teams, including coaching, training, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple locations.
  • Strong experience creating, documenting, and implementing visual guidelines and processes to drive brand consistency, efficiency, and elevated in-store presentation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an independent work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across Retail, HQ, and Warehouse.
  • Creative, hands-on approach with understanding of optimal in-store customer experience.
  • Comfortable lifting, climbing, and handling physical aspects of displays.
  • Work schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays.
