Job summary

BetMGM LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee VIP Sports across the Eastern Region in the United States. You will lead Account Managers and Executive Hosts, mentor leaders, and drive bonus strategies and hospitality initiatives to grow deposits and retention.

The role requires strong sales and customer service experience, willingness to travel, and the ability to manage complex events with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service within a teamwork environment.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and the ability to produce results under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Account Managers in terms of process and professionalism.
• Establish infrastructure for efficient VIP management.
• Focus on structure, organization and communication within the team.
• Educate the team to understand and implement processes that optimize bonus spend and reinvestment.
• Identify potential VIP players and grow share of wallet through bonuses and hospitality.
• Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Special Events and Hospitality teams on VIP opportunities.
• Manage the events calendar to drive customer acquisition and retention for VIP clients.
• Source new opportunities and events in markets where BetMGM is live for sports betting.
• Develop a strategy to drive incremental business with inactive customers.
• Oversee the team bonus spend budget and assist in critical deposit-offer decisions.
• Evaluate customer activity to provide bonuses and complimentary offers (room, food, beverages, events tickets).
• Collaborate with High Value and VIP Sports Operations teams.
• Handle confidential customer information per policy and resolve disputes professionally.
• Be flexible to shifts, travel as needed.
