Role Overview

As a Regional Vice President of Sales at Entrata, you'll identify, establish, and nurture business relationships with property management companies in the Northeast Region. This remote role involves local and regional travel, participation in apartment associations, and periodic visits to our Utah headquarters and industry events.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  2. Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs.
  3. Highlight product features to address customer challenges.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries about our products.
  5. Negotiate prices and terms, and prepare sales agreements.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues across sectors.
  7. Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in the multifamily housing industry.
  2. 3-5 years in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software).
  3. Bachelor's degree.
  4. Passion for sales, excellent presentation skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
  5. Ability to build and cultivate client relationships.
  6. Ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  7. Strong social intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  8. Proven sales success and results.
  9. Ability to work independently.
