Job summary

Jobot in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee multiple locations in a growing Home Services organization. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and leadership development across the region, with a focus on scalable processes and P&L ownership.

This role requires travel 50-70% and hands-on leadership of General Managers, with accountability for performance across HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical portfolios.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Operations leadership experience
• 5+ years of direct P&L ownership or significant multi-unit financial responsibility
• Experience leading $50mm+ in annual revenue
• Multi-location or multi-branch Operations leadership
• Residential HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services experience
• Experience leading and developing General Managers or Branch Managers
• Strong understanding of revenue, EBITDA, budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs
• Experience driving operational improvement across multiple locations
• Experience implementing standardized processes and operating procedures
• Ability to travel approximately 50-70%
