Addison Group is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership across California locations, oversee multiple business units, and maintain full P&L accountability for the region.

The role partners with Sales, Safety, HR, Legal, and Executive Leadership to improve margins, productivity, and customer satisfaction, while guiding General Managers and senior leaders. Travel is required; compensation ranges from $240,000 to $250,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, transportation, or logistics.
• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple locations or business units.
• Proven experience developing General Managers or senior leaders.
• Meaningful P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability.
• Strong understanding of operations in transportation, logistics, fleet, transit, or other complex multi-site environments.
• Executive presence with effective communication across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and other senior operational leaders.
• Maintain full P&L accountability for the assigned region.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, capital expenditures, and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins, productivity, utilization, and profitability.
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability across the region.
• Build relationships with drivers, frontline employees, General Managers, and senior leadership.
• Develop a culture of accountability while maintaining focus on engagement and retention.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, Safety, HR, Legal, and Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Support customer relationships, new contract awards, acquisitions, and operational integrations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve service and financial performance.
• Ensure consistent operating standards across geographically dispersed locations.
