Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a Regional Vice President to oversee sales and operations across Midwest markets, reporting to the CEO. This role owns regional P&L and directs field personnel in sales, leasing, and property management (20+), setting up local structures and migrating operations onto central CRM, PMS, and accounting systems.

Responsibilities include leading multi-site teams, driving system migrations, and strengthening owner retention while expanding management agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience expanding management agreements and managing multi-site P&L operations.
• Experience leading field teams (sales, leasing, PM) and executing system migrations.
• Background in real estate, property management, or high-volume service industries.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• P&L Management: Own regional P&L, forecast targets, protect margins.
• Business Development: Lead BDMs, optimize sales coverage, grow management agreements.
• Owner Retention: Minimize cancellations through fast response and service quality.
• Leasing & Operations: Oversee turnovers, vacancy, and tenant screening with central decisions.
• Team Leadership & Systems: Structure local teams, enforce policies, adopt central systems.

Priorities include establishing local structure and migrating operations onto central CRM, PMS, and accounting systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• P&L Management: Own regional P&L, break down targets, protect profit margins, and deliver clear forecasting
• Business Development: Lead BDMs, optimize sales coverage, and coach team to grow management agreements
• Owner Retention: Minimize cancellations through response speed and service quality
• Leasing & Operations: Oversee turnovers, vacancy, and tenant screening support while escalating legal/deposit decisions centrally
• Team Leadership & Systems: Structure local teams, enforce policies, and drive adoption of central operating systems

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven success expanding management agreements and managing multi-site P&L operations
• Experience leading field teams (sales, leasing, PM) and executing system/platform migrations
• Deep background in real estate, property management, or high-volume service industries
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary could be 150-200k+. Plus bonus target around 50%. Travel 25%+.
