Job summary

Pet Meadow seeks a Veterinary Regional Manager to lead outside sales and account management across an assigned territory. You will grow revenue, own key accounts, and drive customer success through strategic plans and proactive engagement.

You will build relationships with executives and daily users, coordinate with Operations, and leverage CRM tools to track activity and outcomes. This field-based role includes a company car or car allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development, preferably in pet care or veterinary services.
• Proven track record growing and retaining client accounts.
• Strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Ability to strategize and execute account plans while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture key accounts, ensure retention, and resolve client issues.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
