American Veterinary Group (AVG) is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to join Gulfshore Animal Hospital in Naples, FL. You’ll lead hospital operations, partner with the Lead Veterinarian, and oversee daily activities to ensure outstanding patient care and client service.

The role requires on-site presence, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with corporate support functions such as marketing, payroll, IT, recruiting, and finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Veterinary practice management experience preferred, but strong candidates from other service industries considered.
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong people skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• People management: recruit, develop, discipline and terminate paraprofessional staff, incl. annual reviews.
• Financial management: oversee P&L, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and inventory.
• Customer service: resolve client issues and oversee follow-up communications.
• On-site presence required; in-person attendance supports patient care and staff safety.
