Blue River PetCare seeks a senior operations leader to supervise 15+ hospitals across multiple states, driving revenue growth and profitability. You will collaborate with local management and veterinarians to uphold high patient care standards and serve as the liaison between hospitals and corporate leadership.

You will coach and support practice managers, manage staffing, schedules, inventory, and compliance while ensuring adherence to AVMA/DEA/OSHA standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership roles.
• 3+ years of veterinary management experience.
• 2+ years multi-site management experience.
• Experience managing profit and loss statements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to oversee multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises operations of 15+ Blue River PetCare hospitals to grow revenue and profit.
• Collaborates with local management and veterinarians to maintain high patient care standards.
• Reports findings to Blue River management and recommends profitability improvements.
• Provides staffing support in inventory, scheduling, compliance, training, recruiting, and retention.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, DEA, AVMA and local regulations.
• Maintains proficiency in Blue River PetCare platforms and policies.
• Coaches management on revenue/expenses, staffing, inventory, pricing, and admin tasks.
• Fosters positive work environments and develops practice managers.
• Partners with HR on employee relations and issue mitigation.
• Oversees capital expenditures and vendor considerations.
