Holland Veterinary Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS, and Wiggins, MS is seeking a Multi-Site Hospital Manager to lead hospital support teams and partner with the Veterinarian to drive efficient operations, revenue, and cost control while delivering high-quality patient care and client service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of office management with supervisory experience; strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills are essential, along with proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health science or related field is strongly preferred.
• Minimum five years of direct office management experience with at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written; able to interact with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with organization-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the staff within all hospital support departments; achieves and maintains all labor goals.
• Hires and trains office and technical clinic support staff; responsible for new hire paperwork.
• Orients and trains new clinic staff to the hospital and duties.
• Reviews work performance of direct reports, provides feedback, and addresses personnel issues.
• Manages schedules for technical and administrative staff in coordination with the DVM.
• Oversees budgeting, purchasing of equipment and supplies, and facility maintenance.
• Ensures accuracy of local vendor invoices and contract management.
