Global Talent Partners Veterinary in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Veterinarian as Hospital Manager to lead a busy small-animal hospital and guide non-DVM teams toward exceptional client service and patient care.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote professional growth while sustaining a compassionate, low-stress patient approach for dogs, cats, and exotics.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health science, or related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• At least 5 years of office or practice management experience, including 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills; excellent communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a clinical environment around animals.

• Lead, coach, and develop the hospital’s non-DVM teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and excellent client service.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff; conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development.
• Build and maintain staffing schedules for technical and administrative teams; coordinate with the medical team to optimize coverage.
• Oversee daily operations, client experience, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, including revenue, labor, purchasing, and facility maintenance.
• Oversee inventory control, vendor relationships, ordering, and cost management.
• Ensure accurate billing, charge capture, and daily financial reconciliation; manage local accounting processes.
