Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Regional Venue Technology Manager to lead technology operations for Central Region venues. You will oversee POS, IT infrastructure, vendor relations, and day-to-day support to ensure uptime and security across multiple sites.

Reporting to the VP Venue Technology, you will mentor staff, manage projects, coordinate with Corporate Infrastructure, and drive standards and scalable IT processes in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of POS experience in hospitality or tourism industries.
• Technical knowledge of IT systems; Windows 10 and Microsoft 365.
• PCI risk/compliance, IT security, and incident response basics.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience managing external vendors and contracts; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead venue technology projects from design to delivery.
• Manage POS, payment systems, kiosks, peripherals, and related tech.
• Schedule, mentor, and optimize deployment of venue tech staff.
• Oversee third‑party vendor relationships and contracts.
• Collaborate with Corporate Infrastructure on enterprise systems.
• Ensure IT security, uptime, and incident response across sites.
