Legends Global is seeking a Regional Venue Technology Manager to oversee technology across central-region venues. You will lead a team delivering POS, peripheral devices, and IT infrastructure, while managing third-party vendors and contracts to ensure uptime and security.

The role requires strong IT leadership, project management, and vendor management skills, with hybrid work near Dallas, TX. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of POS experience in hospitality or events.
• Strong IT systems knowledge including Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Experience with PCI risk, compliance and IT security incident response.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead venue technology projects from planning to delivery.
• Manage 3rd party POS and related system vendors and contracts.
• Provide desktop and IT infrastructure support to venues.
• Collaborate with Corporate Infrastructure to design scalable solutions.
• Establish ITSM processes and manage budgets.
