Qualifications

8+ years of POS experience, hospitality or tourism preferred.
Technical knowledge of IT systems.
Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365.
PCI risk and compliance experience.
IT security and incident response experience.
Ability to lead and mentor teams.
Experience with IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Lead venue technology teams and manage day-to-day IT operations.
Oversee POS, payment systems, kiosks, and peripherals.
Manage 3rd party vendor contracts and SLAs for venue tech.
Collaborate with Corporate Infrastructure on email, security, and finance systems.
Design, implement, and manage enterprise venue tech solutions.
Define IT standards, processes, and promote reuse of enterprise tech.
Manage IT budgeting, reporting, and invoice approvals.
Travel up to 20% across West Region properties.
