Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Regional Validation Specialist to drive high-quality validation for CTCT products. The role sits in a hybrid setup across UE locations and collaborates with Caterpillar, Trimble, and CTCT teams to ensure reliable operation in earthmoving and paving applications.

The ideal candidate brings machine control expertise, GNSS knowledge, and strong communication skills to support global customers and field testing.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of machine control technical experience.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in risk identification with the broader product/project team.
• Coordinate customer verification and validation for CTCT products at external sites.
• Create test plans for external customer machines and sites.
• Manage product issue databases across Trimble, Caterpillar and CTCT.
• Drive process efficiency projects related to risk-based testing.
