Job summary

Pfeiffer Vacuum in the United States is seeking a field sales professional to support pre- and post-sales activities, develop customer relationships, and close orders for vacuum technologies across our territory. A BS/BA in engineering or physics is preferred, with 3-5 years in technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a network and schedule of sales calls to customer locations.
• Reviews customer requirements and presents company products that fit those needs.
• Coordinates new product introductions and demonstrations for customers.
• Uses CRM and Outlook to manage sales activities, opportunities and pipeline.
• Forecasts sales volume for the assigned territory.
• Communicates with other departments and customers to ensure satisfactory support.
