Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. seeks a regional sales leader for the Utility Sales Professionals across the Phoenix region. You will develop and implement the sales plan and maintain a customer relationship process to achieve lasting brand and store loyalty.

The role offers a competitive compensation package including a $110,000–$125,000 annual salary with quarterly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package, with training and development opportunities to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in retail/equipment sectors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement regional sales plans.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead store and regional operations, motivating the sales team.
• Direct and motivate a professional sales team to achieve objectives.
• Manage CRM activity, expense reporting, and cross-functional reporting.
• Ensure policies are followed across store and region.
• Advise sales team through prospecting, closing, and campaigns; develop goals and forecasts.
• Coach on needs/features/benefits, closing, territory management, negotiating, product knowledge, productivity, and gross margin.
• Create and monitor annual sales department benchmarks and budgets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Lead teams to leverage manufacturers' products/programs to gain market share.
• Manage inventory and assets; maintain effective communications through meetings.
• Foster an engaged work environment with accountability and teamwork, focused on customer service.
• Lead and manage activities to ensure positive customer experience and uphold company values.
