Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions in New Jersey is seeking a Regional Manager/ SME to lead large utility programs, drive multi-million-dollar portfolios, and ensure customer success. You will oversee delivery, manage P&L, and guide cross-functional teams across Power Generation, Transmission, Renewables, Grid Modernization, and Digital Utility initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Achieving OPERTAIONAL Excellence and Resource Management along with customer experience.
• Develop and Implement Regional Strategies: Create and execute regional business plans, Strategic plan aligned with the organization's global objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional leaders, customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals cutting across Services, Support and Engineering WS , providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between regional teams, global
• HQ for Utilities, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Adhere to all Quality processes. Ability to be part of an on-call rotation for after business hour customer calls.
