• Coordinate the department’s ability to sell trucks/trailers and related components.
• Directs the department’s implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
• Recommends sales strategies to corporate management based on market research.
• Builds, develops and manages a sales team capable of carrying out initiatives.
• Maintains CRM activity logs and communicates with customers and staff.
• Identifies inventory needs with partners and negotiates accordingly.
• Analyzes competitive activity and market trends.
• Keeps informed on new products for sales intelligence.
• Coordinates cross-functionally with GM, parts and service to penetrate market.
