Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in heavy-duty truck sales.

• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing sales staff without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales initiatives to drive new truck sales and profitability.
• Coach Truck Sales Representatives through field visits and development.
• Partner with General Managers to set expectations and improve performance.
