Job summary

Milwaukee, WI-based Senior Territory Manager, Interventional Urology at Teleflex, drives adoption of The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer by building relationships with KOLs and clinicians.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to forecast, plan territory activities, and train customers on value propositions while maintaining compliant, customer-focused sales execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or related field.
• 4–5 years of related medical device industry experience with urology exposure.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in field sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for The UroLift System and Barrigel Spacer.
• Develop territory plans and forecast monthly area performance.
• Communicate value propositions to customers and drive account adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and training groups.
• Maintain credentials to work in hospitals and manage travel within budget.
• Support customer service, handle product complaints, and ensure regulatory compliance.
