Capital Insurance Group in Temecula, CA seeks an Underwriting Team Leader to guide a regional team of commercial underwriters. Lead production, ensure underwriting quality, manage relationships with agents and clients, and drive compliance with corporate policies.

This role combines hands-on underwriting with leadership, overseeing up to eight staff, and requiring travel. You must have a college degree and 7–10 years of experience, plus CPCU/AU/ARM/CIC coursework.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent experience and seven to ten years in commercial underwriting.
• Ability to lead a team and manage agency relationships.
• Completion of CPCU/AU/ARM/CRM or CIC coursework preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day underwriting and production for a regional team.
• Provide technical direction on underwriting policies and procedures.
• Direct up to eight reports and manage complex accounts.
