Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of commercial lines property and casualty underwriting experience.
• Prior underwriting management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience underwriting multiple commercial lines and agency relationships.
• Ability to drive profitability and portfolio growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
