Job summary

The role emphasizes governance reporting, KPI tracking, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement across regions, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk management, compliance or underwriting within insurance or financial services.
• Ability to lead governance reporting, KPIs and quarterly governance cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present complex governance info clearly.
• Analytical mindset with data analysis, trend identification and process improvement.
• Professional, confidential, detail-oriented, collaborative across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee regional governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Prepare governance reports, KPIs and compliance metrics for senior management.
• Coordinate quarterly governance reviews and track action items and risk assessments.
• Monitor KPIs related to underwriting quality and governance effectiveness; identify trends.
• Collaborate with underwriting, risk, compliance and audit to embed governance in operations.
• Assess underwriting authority adherence and data quality to support audits and reviews.
• Support governance training and awareness initiatives across the region.
• Design and facilitate governance meetings, workshops and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate underwriting requests from AXA Group and partners, seeking process improvements.
