Job summary
AXA XL is seeking an energetic governance leader to oversee regional underwriting governance, reporting, and KPI management across the Americas. You will develop and monitor controls, partner with risk, compliance, and audit, and drive continuous governance improvements.
This role reports to the Regional Lead Manager and offers exposure to senior leadership within AXA XL. Ideal candidates will bring governance, risk management, and underwriting operations experience, with strong communication
Qualifications
- Experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or underwriting operations.
- Ability to lead governance reporting, KPIs, and quarterly cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee regional governance frameworks and procedures.
- Prepare governance reports, KPIs, and compliance metrics for senior management.
- Coordinate quarterly governance asks and track action items and risks.
- Monitor KPIs related to underwriting quality, risk adherence, data integrity.
- Collaborate with underwriting, risk, compliance, and audit teams.
