Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an Associate Director of Dining Specialist to travel regionally to support dining operations across communities.

The role involves extensive travel, supervising dining teams, and ensuring adherence to standards. A Bachelor's degree and several years in dining services with leadership experience are required, along with ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university preferred; minimum five years dining services experience with two+ years supervisory in senior housing.
• Must obtain/hold local food handling licenses and/or certificates; ServSafe Certified.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Support dining operations across assigned communities as the Associate Director of Dining Specialist.
• Hire, train and supervise staff; ensure quality and cost control in dining services.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to implement national programs and policies.
